Honey Brook Farm
Honey Brook Farm is a family farm owned and operated by Josiah and Angela Meck and located outside Schuylkill Haven. We raise pastured animals for quality, great-tasting meat, butchered locally
Hope Hill Lavender Farm
Hope Hill Lavender Farm is owned by Wendy and Troy Jochems who purchased the farm in 2004. We took on the task of creating our own mark on the farm which was an established tree farm at time of purchase. Wendy's long time passion for gardening and love of lavender and Troy's wants to create something more organically sustainable, lavender became the most obvious choice.
After some research into different species four were chosen Provence, Grosso, Hidcote and Munstead. The first planting of 1600 plants took place in 2011. Hope Hill Lavender Farm is Veteran owned "Semper Fi". And we strive to use 100% American made materials in all our products.
Koch's Turkey Farm
Koch’s Turkey Farm is a true family farm that values the traditional standard of our Pennsylvania Dutch Heritage. Roscoe and Emma Koch first started raising turkeys on the family farm in 1939. The Koch’s Turkey Farm was founded by their son Lowell and his wife Elizabeth in 1953.

"What a GEM! 🤩. We discovered this lovely Pennsylvania town called Orwigsburg and with it The Brickhouse! Excellent restaurant serving up first rate food and libations. We had the Black and Bleu pasta entree and the Tumbleweed Burger. The pasta dish was amazing and featured beef tips and shrimp in a creamy bourbon gorgonzola sauce. Simply amazing.
I had the Tumbleweed Burger. It was so fresh and perfectly prepared. Fried onions, local beef, local bacon, brioche roll. Yummy. Desserts are made in house! We will be back!"

"I travel all over the United States and have never been so impressed with an establishment as this. Everything was amazing from appetizers, entrees and deserts I didn't drink but my family drank and they loved the cocktails they received hands down the best burger I've ever eaten 28 day aged was so good I ordered it the next night .Yes we all agreed and went the following night . No chain restaurants can compete with this place . The Staff was clearly engaged in the operation and the menu is way beyond short order cook quality the service was awesome 'Thanks Kelly with an i" my family needed some comfort after a rough day and you all provided exactly that."

"Everything was delicious! The bread was PHENOMENAL. The French onion soup was full of so many onions and had such a good flavor. I got the Cajun Alfredo for my entree, and I was able to add scallops, and I didn't want to stop eating it. (Got too full to eat more ) Can't wait to go back and try more things !
Update: Went again, and everything was just as good ! The Poutine was DELICIOUS ! As was the lavender lemon drop. Can't wait to go back again !"

"My new favorite restaurant! We ordered the poutine, ancient grain bowl, french onion soup and the brisket tacos. Everything was above and beyond our expectations. Our food came out fast and hot. We absolutely loved everything! A big shout out to the chef! Our waitress amazing also great and informative. If your looking for a new place to try with high-end entrees look no further, give this place a try. We will definitely be back."
