About The Brickhouse Grill

Owner and head chef, Joe Mattera, had always
dreamed of owning his own restaurant.

In the fall of 2005, that dream came true - after months of construction and remodeling, The Brickhouse Grill opened it's doors to the public in July of 2006. 

To this day, Joe's passion for the culinary world
remains and reflects in all of the dishes we offer-
freshness, creativity & flavour!
